When I start my car i get a quick loud screeching sound (not the fanbelt) and also when im in reverse and cutting the wheel like when im backing out of a parking spot.

I get that, too, but only when my wife is in the car.

Sounds like the power steering or the power steerin belt get some belt dressing and spray it on the belt or get a bar of soap and be carful while its running let the belt carve into the bar.

There's a spray you can buy to spray on your belt(s). This will stop the slipping. I read what you said but I think it can only be the belt. Your power steering pump could be the problem.

the first thing id look at is at the power steering fluid or belt

it could be a bad bearing in the tranny or in the engine compartment. without knowing what you are driving its a little hard to diagnose the problem.

maybe its ur brakes.. time to get new 1s.. or u can oil them
