I wouldn't go at the present time, but if things ever settle down in the future, I might go. I like to see how people of other cultures live.

That would not be my first choice as a get-away spot - if they weren't in a middle of a war then sure, I would go. Right now, I would want to stay out of that whole area of the world for a long time.

no way, I had neighbor's from Iraq, and they were very strange. All their kids ever did was go around and pick fights with everybody. The parents never did anything to stop them.

LOL... I did get offered free tickets... and I said YES. I went to Iraq when the whole war thing kicked off... came home and my unit was looking for Volunteers to go again... so I volunteered and went again.

I would not go, but I have to say that I have much respect for individuals who have gone. Especially missionaries (that are there helping the Christian church), service men and women and private contractors that are working for the federal government. Whatta mess!!

I believe in doing and dealing with whatever that comes my way. If I'm destined to die there, then there's no 2 way around it! And I too pray for peace everywhere :)

shoot i had 4 free plane tickets to iraq and got paid for it. there are some good religious sites to see if your good at ducking bullets.

Yep i went a few years ago. I got alot of family down there i wud do anything 2 go see them.
