Noway, unfortunately you are under age and cannot or
are not allowed to make your own decision. Parents consent
is necessary and that too in a limited category.
Its best to check with the local police station for all the latest
rules and regulations. They are there to protect us don't be afraid to speak your heart out to the station officer.
Good luck.. PS I wanted to run away to jungle too when I
was 13 and wanted to live like Robinson
Crusoe, but my friend chickened out at
the 11th hour. Its natural to think of
running away.

You dont say why you "need" to leave home. If you are being abused, you can call a cop, department of childrens' services or whatever, go to a priest, a teacher or whatever and they will get the proper authority to get you out of the abusive situation. That's number one.
If you are NOT being abused it doesnt matter how "muture" you are. Thirteen is way too young to be on your own. You cant drive, you cant work (at least not enough to support yourself,) you cant sign a contract, you cant sign a lease or legally be given a lease...you get the idea here? Sure, you can find someone to "take you in" if you havent already. But there are millions of horror stories about that. If you are REALLY muture, you would know.
You are not the only 13 year old to feel this way. And you certainly wont be the last. But unless you have a support system of some kind in place...a relative, friend's family or the like, you are only asking for trouble.
Absent abuse at home, there simply is no real reason for you to leave at this age.
EDIT: How in the WORLD can you give a thumbsdown to someone who gives the kid the phone number and email to Boys and Girls Town.

Why would you want to leave home? it has everything you need? If your having trouble or something like that, you could stay with a family member or maybe a friend's for a time. Or you can be sent away to a far away school. If you want to leave your parents for good you can divorce them from you. Although i forget what the process is called. The only other way that i can think of is to run away, but that only leads to more problems.
Times can be tough but they will get better! If you want to show them or responsible you are have your room clean everyday. clean the house, have good manners, wash up. Even so I don't think there is anything too responsible that your parents would just let you leave.

you can go to court and get emancipated which means you will legally be an adult. you will need to convince the court that you are responsible enough to leave and actually should leave. this will be very hard for a 13 year old because i know of no judge that will emancipate a kid like you. you may feel like an adult and want to be on your own but you dont need to. if you move out you will need a job, have to pay bills and rent. a 13 year old kid can not legaly get a job. the best you can do is get a job at mcdonald at minimum wage when you are 14 or 15. you will never be able to live on your own at minimum wage unless your parents help. if your parents are helping there is no point in moving out. just enjoy your childhood and deal with a few rules from your parents.

YOU'RE A BABY STILL!!!
first of all, why would you want to leave home?
2nd of all, you probably dont have money to go live on your own. (and you cant at 13 by the way)
3rd of all, if you wanted 2 leave, where would you go? You need to know of a place where you can live-maybe grandparents, aunts, uncles.
4th of all, i'm pretty sure if your parents aren't idiots they won't sign papers for you to leave.
5th of all, you can show your parents how responsible you are, but you'll never be responsible enough to leave your house at 13!!!
dont be silly child, im 16 and i wouldnt leave my house unless my parents were abusive like that, because there's to way i can survive without my parents.

trust me you don't really want to leave home it is very hard being on your own trust me! i left home when my parents got divorced when i was 17 (my sophomore year) and i had pretty much no where to go so my friend who was 22 let me live with here. it was hard to finish school with working a job at a lumber yard. i hardly had enough money to help with rent or groceries. and since i was not living with my parents i had no one to tell me what i could or could not do even though i knew better i began to party a lot and get into trouble. i graduated 2 years ago and dont really party any more but i am still struggling a little but an doing alot better.

You are too young, believe me at home with your parents, right now is the best place for you. If, you try to go off, somewhere else, at your age, the Police, will come looking for you but also, your parents would be heartbreak en from worry, that something bad could have happen to you.
Your parents, believe it or not. Is your sole support right now, as they should be. Whatever they told you that you can not do. Believe, me they have your best interest at heart.
They truly do LOVE you.
Have a great day.

You said it .You are too young. As a minor you cannot access services as you might have done had you been an adult. So Grow up,have fun doing that. Plenty of time to learn before you get started in exploring the World around you and following your Dreams and ambitions.

Well, you have to know how to be trusted. I know because my parents know I'm responsible and have been letting me go out to sports clubs and other things since I was in 4th grade!!! Just show them how responsible you really are or can be and that should work. Approve to them that nothing can go wrong you have a cell phone, ( i hope), and you know how to cross streets and not talk to strangers all that baby stuff but it really does make a difference. Hope I helped have fun!
