Charisma is something you either have or haven't, if its the latter then afraid nothing much you can do about it, but do you really want to charm the birds out of their trees or do you just want to be yourself, I think you know the answer, never try to be something your not, you end up with egg on your face.

Impossible. I've had to calm down a lot over the years and I'm still considered to be 'wacky' and larger than life.
