RaboBank is a very old (over a 100 years) Dutch bank and it does have a branch in London. However, Rabobank in the UK handles investments, not the (smaller) private customers.

They offer private banking and international direct banking.

Have you received an email telling you they want to send you money ? This is a scam. The phone number will be for a mobile and the email address will be a free mail (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc). Ignore it they are trying to get your money and won't send you anything in return.
