It could be anything from low fuel pressure, to a bad sensor, to a bad plug wire, to a failed catalytic converter! The first thing to do is to have the computer system scanned for codes. If no codes are present, then you will need to start looking at tune up items (plug, wires, filters).
Rather than guessing, have the van checked by a qualified mechanic!

Clogged fuel filter, cost about $10 to $15 dollars. Most likely located in front of the rear passenger tire. You might need a screwdriver or hex nut driver to replace it. Your going to get some gas on the ground, put down something, kitty liter whatever.

Cough up about 150 bucks for some good ole maintenance. Change your plugs, fuel filter, oil and filter, air cleaner, have carb adjustments checked along with the timing. What doesn't help now will help in preventing future problems.

It could be you bought a Dodge and they suck...after 5 Dodge's dropped 5 transmissions at around 70000 miles you couldn't give me one for free...get a Hyundai.....great warranty, great gas mileage and so far at 80000 miles I haven't done anything but change the oil and transmission fluid...when we start making cars that last, I'll buy one.
