Do you have Windows? It comes with an application called Paint (in the Accessories section) that will convert BMPs to JPEGs.
Just click Save As, and in the File Type, select JPEG.

Junto is absolutely correct. Just open it with Paint program located in Start, Programs, Accessories, Paint. After you have the Bitmap image opened in paint in the upper left hand side choose File, Save As, then drop the arrow down under File Type and choose .jpg!
As Junto says, it's that easy!

start, run
type in
mspaint.exe
open the file now file, save as name it, where it says bitmap use the drop down image and select JPEG

Fat chance that youre gonna find software that will change them all but you can change a bmp image to jpeg using the microsoft paint program in winXP!

Save it as a bitmap then go to http://www.zamzar.com
and they will change it to a jpeg for you!!

Don't know what program you are running.. but download GIMP http://gimp.org
Open your BMP file and then "save as" and change it to
myimage.jpg the conversion is done.
