Hmmm.... well your best bet of finding near exact matches would be in aquatics (coral, urchins, snails, etc) or in insects and invertebrates. However if you are looking for something on a larger more known scale but less exact......

Sphere: armadillo (rolled up), seals (more tubular)

Cube: silver back gorillas come to mind first, if you ever watch them posture between the shoulders, arms, back... they are nothing but wonderful straight lines, though depending on the gorilla if you look at them from the front then can almost take on a triangluar shape with the point being the hands and the base being the line across the shoulders

Pyramid: fennec fox (all in the ears baby), the shells of some turtles

Cone: the nose of a narwhale

Sphere - Sea Urchins of various sorts
Cube - Box Fish
Pyramid - one-shelled clams
Cone - various corals (inverted of course)
