tan(pi/2) = sin(pi/2)/ cos(pi/2) =1/0, which is UNDEFINED
tan( (2n+1)pi/2) = sin((2n+1) pi/2)/ cos((2n+1)pi/2) =+-1/0 which is also undefined, but for some n's it might be positive and for some others negative.
so you equations is NOT true in any way.
