Tourism is very very important to my country.( Mauritius.)
According to the tour operators who visit us , they consider that apart from our beaches and lagoons , the kindness and the sense of helping foreigners/tourists the Mauritian people is extremely welcoming .
I cannot guarantee if that it is true as i am Mauritian , but if it is true , well i would like to share this culture with you all.

I am American
One of the best things about the culture here is the melting pot factor. Since before the Declaration of Independence people from all over the world have come to call Northern America their home. I can see so many of the faces from around the world and taste the foods of far away lands. It makes the world seem small and personal. The richness of diversity help make my life full.

In Australia, at least until fairly recently, we had a culture that delighted in irony, comfortably embraced a lot of variety, and could contain great disagreements without descending to aggression or violence - even on the footy field. But that Oz has become somewhat frayed around the edges now. We're a vanishing tribe - only 75 pc of us were born here. That's why Ozzies have always agonised over national identiry. It takes time, preferably in the bush, for new arrivals to realize they have to adapt to keep what they came here for.

I am German and Mexican. My father made sure I learn his native language (German) and my mother hers (Spanish).
I celebrate the Mexican side more since the music, language, and spirit is more alive in the USA and I am more familiar with it. I took a trip to Germany when I was a child and I loved it. I got to meet many relatives, eat great food, and learn about where I came from.

Bottomless cup of coffee. That was probably the one thing I really missed in Europe. I had a wonderful time in Europe and made lots of friends, but I spent A LOT OF MONEY on coffee!

I'm Canadian and we're nice polite folk when we're not on the ice but give us a sheet of ice, a stick and a little round rubber disc and you will see our passion come to life. Of course I'm talking about hockey and thats mostly what we talk about up here.

i am creole from louisiana. I am a human being and identify with all!!
I identify with people from where THEIR HEARTS ARE AT; and not the color of their skin!
but, cultural speaking, I make some pretty good Gumbo (it's a stew-type, seafood soup! yummy!!)
