He cheated on me before. And this time round I found out yet again his fling with another colleague from his company. I felt really really sad and heartbroken but I am not planning to let him go so easily. Should I forward his intimate conversation with his colleague to e whole company? Or what should I do to let go of the hatred?

You probably feel worse at being used than cheated on. What you want to do is actually lowering yourself to his level and wont really serve any useful purpose here. Heprobably wouldnt even know what youre doing anyhow. Your best bet would be just to leave him, chalking this up to experience and moving on and hopefully someday he will understand fully what he has done and lost. I understand what you want to do and why but revenge wont correct the problem or change the way you feel about him. Men are total idiots in that they never truly learn or realize what they have til its gone. Hes probably expecting you to do something so why give him the satisfaction. It does not look good on you to spread the info on their intimacy to his colleagues. It just makes you look lousy and others might end up sympathising your ex.
The best way to go is to let go and let nature take its course. Remember, what goes around, comes around. You do not need to get your hands dirty, some will ultimately do the job for you. Sit back, relax and let the show unveil its plots.

Stop being childish and grow up. This is not going to make your feel better.... work on finding out why you are so vengeful and want to hurt those who hurt you so badly. We get hurt all the time... learn to deal with that in a healthy way.
Work on yourself and becoming a better person. Learn to live and be happy with who you are. Use your time wisely to grow and mature.. not to plot revenge. It doesn't make him look any worse, only makes you look like some lunatic.

Jessica, I hate to keep sounding like a broken record (that dates me) but, YOU ARE NOT MARRIED!!! Until he puts a ring on your finger it's not cheating, but, looking for a possible life's mate. He sees something in a woman that you do not possess. Whether it be a mature attribute, like wisdom, or an immature attribute like bigger knockers (can't say boobs on here), he is still aware of the women in his area of view. You are in the same boat too! If you find someone who is lets say more stable, better in the area of security, or an immature choice of, well, ......size?

Well this would not solve a thing. The best advice I could give to you is to leave him. What will make him feel really stupid is to leave without telling him and whenever he comes by to ask why don't say anything just make him think.

Go find a better man. Success and appreciation from another can be a big improvement. Trivialize him in your mind since he thought so little of you. Being bitter only hurts you.

well that would make him very uncomfortable in the work place for sure and the people he works with would never look the same at him, i think he surley deserves everything he gets, but you know he will do this to himself in time, so dont stress yourself out about it.
