TAKE THE "TRAIN TO THE PLANE" TO JAMAICA STATION ($5.00) THEN TAKE THE MANHATTAN BOUND "E" TRAIN ($2.00) TO 42ND STREET AN YOU WILL BE RIGHT UNDER 'PORT AUTHORITY' BUS TERMINAL AND OF COURSE GREYHOUND .

JFK has express buses to the Port Authority bus terminal.
Then at the PA you need to go to the greyhouse office and then on your way.
