Unfortunately none of us will ever know the true answer to this question until we are no longer here, but every person has their own personal belief on this and I will share mine with you.

I believe that after here we simply shed our physical bodies and travel to a dimension of pure energy where we share our experiences and lessons with others there. We can then choose to remain there or we can choose to retake physical form and return here for another lifetime.

Everyone has their own beliefs on this and most people hold tightly to their beliefs like a security blanket. It comforts most and frightens some but no matter what everyone believes something, even if you believe that after here is nothing that is still a belief.

After one dies the body disintegrates and the organ that produces our consciousness (the brain) disintegrates as well. This is the organ that allows us to ask questions, to look at nature, to study the laws of the universe and understand (be conscious) of what reality is. With it we observe what is predictable and what the senses make evident to us. The senses report sensation to the brain and the brain translates them into concepts.

Just like any instrument that disintegrates, without a functioning brains sensations cannot be collected and translated into concepts, so before we are conceived and after we die our bodies and brains do not exist and there can be no consciousness without them.

There is no consciousness separate from an organ of perception, that is why even a fly is endowed with sensory organs that allow it to stay alive, but a rock, which has no sensory organs of any kind, cannot be conscious of anything and cannot be alive. To be alive means to be conscious in accordance to the development of our sensory perception organ.

There is a life ater the physical life.It is unfathomable and un-comprehendable in this present life.It is nothing like this life here on earth. No eye has seen.Nor entered into the mind and heart of what God has prepared for those who love him.
I cantgiv you physical evidence to prove my belief.I can only tell you about my faith In Christ. Some men live by reason ultimately it is their own reason.Ans to have belef that there own reason is correct and right requires...Faith.
God says in word, the bible that it is impossible to know him and please him without ...Faith. I could share many experiences od ow God showed up in my life time and time again.Ultimately we all must choose.I challenge all who are searching for answers for life for love to read the bible for yourself. Not for me or for anyone else.Read it and ask God to show up in your life."if you seek me with all your heart you will find me".I had the same questions? Is there a God.why am i here? Whats my purpose? The bible teaches tha God is love
to show love is love others as your self with unconditional acceptance.

The age old question. Well, I spent about a year of my life wondering that and I've come up with this; maybe we're not meant to know yet. Sucks doesn't it? But I don't actually know (who does?).
