How do you change your avatar to a real picture?

My friend Puss in Suit did it and i'm SOOOOO jealous! I also want to change my name to fit my picture after I do it.

get a 360 profile then make your main picture what you want as a yahoo answers avatar..then click "edit your profile" on answers and just check the box that says "yahoo 360 picture"

Upload it in 360. Make it your main photo. Then choose it on your profile settings page on Y/A.
