My 1st husband is a liar obviously, its just one of the reasons I left. I dont have money to give to an attorney. HELP!

If you're still married to husband #1, then marriage #2 was never valid.
You are going to need a lawyer. How you pay them off is up to the attorney. But you'd better get a job if you don't already.

Actually, if your divorce from husband #1 was never validated, then marriage #2 does not exist. You're right, I'm sure there are legalities involved here.

Why is it you never received official paperwork?? It was your responsibility to make sure you were divorced. Maybe more information needed to be told for us to understand all the details. In any case, it was your responsibility to make sure you were legally divorced. You're going to need an attorney.

My suggestion, you better get husband #2 involved in this NOW. Decide what you're going to do, together!

Get yourself a good lawyer to sort out all the details on this, tell the truth and all will go well for you, most lawyers will let you pay over time.
