I aways figured that "burning a hole in your pocket" mean something like a little boy with 3 or 4 cents in his pocket while in a candy store and he wants the candy more than the money. The money is burning a hole in his pocket and he has to get it out to get that candy.

if something is burning a hole in your pocket it wants to be spent. so I guess debt capacity means you got financial room here... which is burning a hole in yr pocket...

The old phrase means you've got money and are itching to spend it.

Whoever has access to that $6 billion wants to do some real serious investing RIGHT NOW.

could mean a number of things 1) money 2something like a smoke that's been hidden from someone you dont want to see you smoking cant help more than that sorry
