I don't do clubs
But i like sightseeing type things...
And i don't want to pay too much for something that is not even worth it.
So can someone tell me what are things can i do on my 4 day stay in dubai?

Lots of things to do and see. go snow skiing. they provide the gear and the mountain. Your friends will freak when you show them the pass. you have many beaches, great shopping. amazing hotels and buildings, A fun city and great place for business and pleasure. a bit pricey though.

Dubai's climate is very hot, so forget about outdoors entertainment except for the Wild Wadi. This is a water park, one of a kind that is located in Jumaira Beach Hotel. For entry you will have to pay AUD 140 (approx. $38). Also there are many beautiful malls such as (1) City Center (2) Mercato (3) Ibn Batoota (4) Mall of the Emirates (5) Burjuman. Mall no. 4 has skiing inside. You just go there and pay for entrance and they provide you with everything. It's nice to be in snow when its 50C degrees outside. Go to the lobbies of the amazing hotels that they have and have some coffee, must see hotels are (1) Burj Al Arab (2) Mina Al Salam (3) Jumeira Beach (4) Grand Hyatt (5) Royal Mirage (6) Emirates Towers. Hotel no. 1 is the only 7 star hotel in the world. It's amazing. You'll have to pay to get in and look, but it's worth it. For restaurants, you'll have plenty of choice in the malls & the hotels. Or go to Jumeira beach road or Shaikh Zayed road which are filled with restaurants. If you like beaches, there's a public beach in jumeira as well. But its packed in weekends, so make sure you go there on a week day.Enjoy!!!

I just came from a weekend in Dubai. You definitely definitely definitely have to go to Burj Al Arab (7 star hotel) make a reservation by phone and go there for dinner. Pick the evening period (9 to 11) and go to this restaurant called Ali one on the first floor(buffet). The price is 375 dirhams but it is really worth it. you can then take as many pictures as you want to. DUDE!! it is worth the flight and the trip and the money you spend on it.. even the tiles on the floor are from gold in certain areas.
Also, you want to go to Ibn Battuta Mall and Emirates Mall. They are on the same road. Ibn Battuta is divided in sections (Farsi, Tunisian, Chinese, Egyptian, Indian...) the decoration is fabulous. The emirates mall is Dubai's mall of America. Get a pass into Ski Dubai. If you are not a fan of skiing get a pass for ski park (just to be able to take good pictures).
Enjoy
