Okay at the very beginning of my abs work out I drink a powerade. But this time I didn't have any ice so I put moth balls in my powerade. Well enough about the drink. When I was doing the abs work out my stomach started to hurt like hell. The man on the workout said are you feeling the burn. I was like hell yeah. And after the workout my stomach was buring even more. You think I over done my workout people?
