i think they want to get answers and can't think of a question to ask.

We all know the rules buddy . But nobody likes someone who nit-picks about technicalities . Most people recognize that although 'chatting' is technically against the rules it's also not realistic . It turns people into drones and removes our humanity.. . . . . . and is DEFINITELY a hinderance to Communication .

It's considered to be friendly fun. There's enough room for serious questions too
