i try many things and still can not find the reason. and when the wheels are up i have to hold gas pedal up to 2000 rpm and then the wheel start going. on the ground i have to wait probably about 20 seconds for transmission to kick in on drive.and then the car is going with normal speed with out any problems. i just wonder if i need any adjustments or my tran is not good. when the car is down the transmission jumps and i can feel it inside a car. its like it has some kind of delay to switch to a gears. i don't know what else i can try. i know it has enough fluid and i put new torque converter. someone told me i need another transmission. if there anybody to know what might be a problem i will really be thankfull for information

You still need a new transmission and radatior too. Low fluid pressure is causing the delay and hard shifts. Metal from the old transmission might be in the radatior transmission oil cooler have that checked. When the wheels are up drag built into the transmission is turning the wheels foward. Even a new car will do this. To bad you already had the transmission removed.

When was the last time you had it serviced? It may be something as simple as a clogged filter. if there's buildup in the filter and it can't get the fluid through the valve body like it needs to, it will cause it to jump like that. Not only that, but when you pull the pan to change the filter, you'll be able to see if there are metal shavings in the pan, if there is, there's a good chance that you've got some major problems. Another thing to check would be any electrical connections you have going into the transmission. I don't remember what transmission is in that year, but if the shift points are controlled by your vehicles on-board computer, it may be dirt in the connection, a bad sensor in the transmission, or even a shorted or frayed wire.

Your transmission is slowly dying, sounds like the Bands are slipping, probably have PLANETS bad or getting real close, I would have it rebuilt if you can find a fair price if not find a wrecked one at a junkyard and buy it.
