Way less smart. That's why I had to start uni, even though I had an established career. The lack of intellectual stimulation was horrific for me in the end.

Wow, this sounds familiar. I was in the same boat about 1 year ago. I still work for my non-profit and quit "traditional school". The job I have is pretty flexible so I decided to pursue my degree online. I researched the schools and found one that fit my needs/classes/degree choice. It's a little more spendy, but it's worth it for the flexibility it offers. All my previous college credits transferred right over, leaving me to finish about 80 credits. That meant I would get my undergrad done in 1/2 the time! I don't know if you have your heart set on the school you are attending, but I would suggest doing some research. Maybe your current school offers online school as well or you can go part time. But this will take longer. Good luck!!

Alot smarter about my field and about life in general, plus tougher skinned and more independent. I know I am a strong, smart and competent woman in my field and I have the respect of my peers within my Command (I work for an Air Force Base).

There may be a lack of intellectual stimulation at most jobs I've been hired to do, but I've learned the most in the subject I lack the most knowledge in (socializing) by the work I've taken.
