will it take 3 months or more?

my interview schedule was postponed due to additional tests in my medical. but im done with it. i was suppose to have it june 19,2007. will it take me 3 months to wait for another interview schedule? my petition is valid only until august 2007. can i request for an earlier interview?maybe mid of august?
