he does what his foreign masters order of him. basically the shrub is a tool, its part act, part reality.

Unfortunately, I am afraid he really is as stupid as he acts and sounds. No one in the public eye would put on an act like that. Actually an institute that measures presidential IQ's (approximately) based on vocabulary has rated George Bush lower than any president since they began this study. His own mother said, "George can't be president!" when he announced his candidacy. Keep track of the gaffes he has made, the completely idiotic things he has said in unscripted moments, and the inappropriate remarks he has made, and you will have to reach the same conclusion.

Definitely, he is naturally stupid. Not an act.
He went to Harvard because he is from a very rich family. However, he is a "C" student. He was kicked out of Harvard after 2 years, and he was lucky to find his way into Yale to graduate. From the English that we hear Bush speaks everyday, we know that he does not learn much from Harvard or Yale. Shame to know that with his level of intelligence, he can also have a MBA from Harvard (in those years when he claimed to be in National Guard in Texas). He is known as "Happy Charlie" because he got drunk daily during his undergraduate years, and his wife has to straighten him out eventually. If he is not stupid, would he has stopped drinking excessively, and not go to jail 4 times? We all drink, but we are smart to control the amount of alcohol we consume. Even if we want to get drunk on occasion, we make sure we are in good hand, and stay out of problem. Worse, Bush could not even control his own daughters, who also become notorious with underage drinking.
See what US has become after his two terms in the office, does it look like the man is smart with his policies? His current rating would have given you a clue. Majorities of the Americans are not happy with his "stupid" administration.
Bush does not need to act stupid because he is stupid. He is "successful" in his political career because many people want him to be successful, so that they can take advantage of him to get whatever they want. If he is smart, can these people control him? Cheney is doing all the thinking; Bush is just like a puppet ruler, and Cheney is the mastermind. If Bush wants to be smart and intelligent, he needs to take acting class.

He's a master at deceiving ppl. He went to Iraq under the pretext of disarming them and make a fool outta the entire world wen it was revealed that his actual intention was to fulfill his greed for oil.
He got elected for a 2nd term despite various stupidities and also 9/11. That just shows how he deceived an entire nation.

No matter how much you dislike the man, no one can become President and be "stupid", if so it says that the real "stupid" ones are the people who voted him in office.
I think his real problem is he is out of touch with the common folk and thinks he knows what's best for us better than we do.

As much of the world may hate him- they did appoint him to become the most powerful man in the world. Clearly hes done something right, and hes clearly brighter than many of us.
