In the Chinese zodiac all the zings have four different elements, So not all Rabbits etc are equal. You being a Rabbit with the fire element makes you a little different from a true Rabbit( a person born the year of the Rabbit with that year being under the Wood element) I cant find my books so I cant say exactly what the difference is. Im not 100% sure, but i dont think it goes by the day and hour you were born. Your personality has to do with year and the element you were born under. I would recommend the Chinese Astrology Book: Ancient Secrets for Modern Life by Sabrina Liao. its simple to read and understand, yet very detailed. Its not expensive either.

the whole of my year is a monkey. you have never seen more rows or people changing friends so often so much and having parties every weekend. gosh, its mental, but fun.
