1.) u can try a copious amount of lube
2.) u can get a none virgin to help u
3.) u can try to get with a 30 something or a 40 something (i know, a little bit more than disgusting, but they shouldn't recoil from it - if they do, then go to a doctor and ask for a surgery to make it a little thinner but don't make it shorter)

Yo, I had the same problem. Therefore I chopped half of it off. Just buy couple of painkillers, take the pocketknife and just slice it in haf. Keep it in a box so tht u dont loose it.
