yes when i am really mad i just need a little to escape before my mind goes bonkers and also grit my teeth

Yes. When I'm really frustrated with my mom and I just want to scream at her but I know if I do, I will be in trouble.So I just quitely talk to her when we're in an argument until I can go to my room and shout as much as I want (in my pillow anyway) Takes a LOT of patience but I most control myself or she'll go insane on me ans something bad will happen. Because she' makes me so mad sometime I think I might snap on her one day!

Yes. It's either whisper or scream the roof off. I usually choose whisper, no matter how badly I wish to flog them.

God, she is beautiful and she is smiling at me. A little smile and wave hit me like a tidal wave. All of the bells went off in the watch tower and this little voice in my head kept on hitting the replay button. Even if I can't have her I still admire her. I would do anything to look at that smile everyday.

yes. when i was going through menopause i could not believe how so many things got on my last nerve.
i actually warned my husband that if i said stop, then stop whatever he was doing immediately because i was getting irrational and i couldn't figure out why.
