We have been chatting online a bit and that went well so we exchanged numbers. Talked on the phone for well over an hour and it was so amazing and comfortable. She has a very sweet and loving personality. Would it b corny to take her a single flower (not a rose)?

Of course. Flowers are the perennial symbol of love and friendship, and will be welcomed. A flower will show that you are a thinking, caring person. . . .and don't forget to SMILE! (It will cover up your nervousness).

OK forget the whole flower idea. Here's a few things I've done on first dates and yes I've been on my fair share of them. Get more creative than flowers. One time I got a birdhouse kit. I didn't need any major tools. I am not mechanically inclined to build anything. This kit had everything I needed including simple instructions. I built it and gave it to her. She totally loved it! No joke. Another time I bought a hummingbird feeder. It was like around $18. (Less than 1/2 dozen roses.) Another time I brought a bottle of wine. She said I wanted to get her drunk and take advantage of her so stay away from this idea! Here's one: Do you read books? Got a favorite one? Buy a copy and give it to her - tell her why you liked it and thought she might enjoy it. Bottom line is this: Think outside the box. Build a little something. Buy a little something that you normally never would have thought of. Remember - anything is better than nothing AND it's the thought that counts. Best of luck!

A single flower might be nice. Ask what her favorite flower is in your next conversation. In a subtle way of course. Mention a garden you saw or something that can open up that dialog then bring her a single flower, if possible, from what she told you she liked.
I think it would be very sweet to do that.

Awwww, yes! That's sweet. If you do take a rose, maybe not a red one, a yellow one would be nice. Or a tulip or a daffodil.

If you want to find her heart you should. Women love flowers. Ugh! Me, if I had a date and she brought me a basket of fruit I would be happy.

i think that would be very sweet of you to do that.if u can maybe find out her favorite flower and bring that to her that would be extra sweet:)
