Anti-social Personality Disorder,

Diagnostic criteria for antisocial personality include a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others and inability or unwillingness to conform to what are considered to be the norms of society.

Antisocial personality disorder is also known as psychopathic personality or sociopathic personality often brings a person into conflict with society as a consequence of a pattern of behavior that is amoral and unethical.

Complications that might arise from having this disorder include: frequent imprisonment for unlawful behavior, alcoholism and drug abuse.

Sucessful treatments are available, this type of person tends not to seek out the help of a psychologist but are often required to attend treatment by law governing bodies etc.

I don't recall any specific term for it but, you're talking about a person who's 'raw' part of the human personality, which is the 'id' taking over him.

This 'id' is based on the 'pleasure principle' wherein it wants whatever feels good at the time, with no consideration for the reality of the situation.

It is a 'raw' instinct, kinda like what other animals have; the need to eat when hungry, fulfill sexual needs, etc. should be satisfied RIGHT AWAY without care about reality and about the needs of anyone else.

It's not a *condition* it's a choice concerning negative action. Why dramatize it or frost it up?

Who else is guilty of the same? How about those who choose to feed into all of the above by making excuses for the negative behavior committed by another? They are also doing the same and it's hardly compassionate.

Someone without real conscience but astute enough to stay within the confines of the law.
