Sportsmanship-wise unwritten rules I'd say are -
1. Don't bunt to break up a no-hitter late in the game (I'd say 7th inning or after)
2. Don't talk about no-hitters in the dugout when your pitcher has one intact. (Outside of the dugout it has no bearing on the outcome)
3. Don't throw at a batter's head on purpose. Any attempt to bean a batter should below chest-high level.
4. When fielding the bases, don't try and make a runner slide if there isn't a reason to.
5. If you're running the bases, 1st to 2nd best example, and won't be close enough to 2nd to break up a double play with a slide, just get out of the baseline.
6. If you're a runner at 2nd, don't tip off your hitter at the plate about the incoming pitch.

Don't steal, crash into the catcher, or slide into a fielder during a blowout.
On a 3-0 count, let the pitcher throw a strike without swinging at it.
If a batter is hit intentionally, throw at a hitter on the other team, preferably their pitcher or a guy with the same position as the guy who got hit.
Runners should not yell "got it" when next to a fielder trying to catch a pop-up.
Shortstops and second baseman don't have to step right on the base on a double play attempt.
Sliding to knock over the fielder is allowed only to break up double plays.
Only catchers may be run over on a close play.
Tie goes to the runner. (Please note that as far as umpires are concerned, there is no such thing as a turn. Also, the rules of baseball say that the runner must beat the throw, so ties technically belong to the defense.)
When a catcher wants an intentional walk he stands up, puts one hand on his chest, and extends his other arm to the side.
Batters shouldn't rub the area where they get hit or otherwise indicate that they are in pain. This is to show that his team doesn't fear the pitcher. (This rule may be broken if the batter is seriously hurt.)
If on a non-force play, the throw beats the runner by a mile, the runner is called out even if he narrowly avoided the tag. (The idea is that if you are beaten that badly, you had no business running there in the first place.)
Pitchers shouldn't argue about a pitch on the border of the strike zone if the catcher set-up on the opposite side of the plate. (Again, if you miss your target, you've got no business complaining.)
Balls and strikes can be argued, even though doing so is expressly prohibited in the rules.
Don't stand in the batter's box too long after hitting a homer. It's bad sportsmanship.
Don't throw really tough, curvy pitches to AL pitchers when they are batting.
Managers wear team uniforms, even though they are permitted to wear whatever kind of clothes they want (if it's made by a team sponsor).
Ballboys should give balls to little children if any are nearby.
During a no-hitter, don't talk to the pitcher or even talk about the no-hitter.

I'm not going to regurgitate all of the ones I've already read, but one unwritten rule I didn't see mentioned is that the batter will not look back at the catcher and try to steal his signs to the pitcher.

No matter how many errors a player makes, you don't replace him mid-inning...
Play for the tie at home, go for the win on the road...
Never make the first or third out of an inning at third base...
With a right-hander on the mound, don't walk a right-handed hitter to pitch to a left-handed hitter...
And everyone's favorite: If they hit your player, you must retaliate.
