I love serendipity. It's serendipitous that you asked this question, because it gave me an excuse to say serendipity again. It's such a pretty word when it's written, and lovely when you say it, but it's meaning is the thing I like about it the most. It means a fortunate accident, and I'm glad to say that there's plenty of serendipity to go around.

copacetic is a really cool word...love the way it sounds and the meaning makes it easy to throw into conversation and for those that do not know the meaning they can figure it out fairly easy just by the context it is used in so you are improving their vocabulary without seeming like a show off

"palimpsest" a parchment that has been recycled because only mad people like me have ever met it before, e.g. one place where I worked had a Royal charter on a palimpsest. I am upset that the spellchechecker seemed to know the word.
I also like using the word noisome about smelly places because not many people know what it means!

Sorry if this offends, but I have gotten very clumsy due to my illness, and tend to drop things and my usual response is oh boll!x! I live on my own so there is no-one to hear how often I say this every day, lol!

Antidisestablishmentarianism.

No that's not a joke. It truly is a word. It means being against those who are against the establishment.
