I think so! My sister is very skinny and she has pretty good size boobs, maybe a B or C cup. Plus, a B or C cup looks plenty bigger on skinny girls compared to a heavier girl.

Rarely, will you see a skinny girl have natural big boobs but it is possible.

I presume you mean skinny, but yeah some lucky girls have big boobs and are super skinny. Not many though.
I am pretty slim and one of the lucky women who don't lose their chest.... but not all do.

Usually skinny girls tend to have smaller boobs, but it isn't unknown for them to have bigger boobs....and theres always surgery...lol

yes they can. I weigh 101 lbs and I wear a 36C..and that is big on me so yeah it is possible
