I would stand up, dust myself up, pick up my purse and packages and say, "...and now for my next trick, I will perform,getting outa here as gracefully as possible!" lol

If noone saw me I'd probably just laugh at myself. If someone saw me and it depends on who:
kids: hey! which one of you tripped me!
adults: I'm fine, did you notice the graceful way I got back up?
elders: you'd break a hip if you did that.

Look for, find, and point out to all the laughers the dog/toddler/puddle/whatever that tripped me. Or pound on the trick knee I just discovered I've had all my life.

That has happened to me before. I just got up and even had some people ask if I was alright. I did feel embarrased but it does happen.
