I've got a foreskin and don't have any hygiene problems, never have. I would guess that you lose some of the sensation during sex and masturbation without one, e-mail me if you want a fuller explanation!

If a guy's not circumcised then he still has his foreskin. About 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, so there's nothing wrong with having the foreskin in the vast majority of guys.
There's a belief that the uncircumcised penis is somehow dirtier and more difficult to clean. In reality, it's generally very easy to clean and keep clean if one knows what to do (link 1). There's also a belief that uncircumcised men might be more prone to infections and/or STDs, but most studies find no significant difference between circumcised and uncircumcised men. In fact, good genital hygiene can essentially eliminate any difference between the two (link 2). Regardless, safe sex (i.e. condom use) >>> circumcision any day.
The foreskin also contains many nerve endings that would've been removed by circumcision; these nerve endings may contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 3). In addition, several studies indicate that the foreskin may play a positive role in the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 4, 5).
So as long as there's nothing physically/medically wrong with a guy's foreskin (which is rarer than many would think), he maintains good genital hygiene (which is very easy), and he practices safe sex (which he should anyway), it might actually be better for a guy and his partner if he's uncircumcised. See link 6 for further discussion.

there is no affect on sexual life if a dude is uncired. A uncired unit just like all parts of the body with regular maintenance functions like one that is circed. some chicks dont like the look but it is because they probibly only have seen circed units. in europe there are fewer dudes that are circed If it was a major problem not to be circed there would be a lot of units falling off in europe. In the US there was a major push to have all boys circed but that has tapered off in recent years. If you take a shower each day and wash it a unit will funtion totally normal and a uncired dude can live a frutfull life.

Would you like a history lesson?
Circumcision became popular practice in the middle east many thousands of years ago. In these countries water is not plentiful, so washing is less frequent. By circumcising males (female circumcision is recognised as a terrible and inhuman practise with no imaginalbe advantages), there was less to clean and less risk of infection.
In our modern world, there is no real risk. Unless you live like the Bedouin, there isn't a real reason to do this. Just remember to train your sons to wash.

Nothing wrong as long as he keeps it clean. And I'm uncircumcised and that isn't an issue. You just pull it back and rub the head, which feels good and takes like 5 to 10 seconds.
Other than that, some studies have even suggested that uncircumcised guys benefit in sex. I'll post the following from another thread:
Circumcision = loss of sensitivity according to a new scientific study

The USA is the last advanced nation doing it (Europeans, Japanese, Chinese, Latin Americans don't do it), but rates have fallen down from over 90% in the 1960s to as low as 21% here in California currently. From CNN:

You've got it the wrong way around.
A male is naturally NOT circumcised.
What happens when a male IS circumcised?
No medical institution in the world actually recommends the practice.
Let's have a look at medical associations in the developed world. The British Medical Association, Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Canadian Paediatric Society, American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Australian College of Paediatrics and Australasian Association of Paediatric Surgeons. Every one of them recommends AGAINST performing the procedure. Their positions on the procedure can be found here: http://www.circumcision.org/position.htm
Here is a video of the operation. Watch it if you want to learn more. Please do watch it.
http://youtube.com/watch?search=&mode=related&v=XmX6RdRNoqk
Or this video:
http://video.yahoo.com/video/play?vid=352478&fr=ybr_sbc
It is not just a little snip here and there. Watch the above video of a circumcision in progress.
The foreskin keeps the glans soft and moist and protects it from trauma and injury. Without this protection, the glans becomes dry, calloused, and desensitized from exposure and chafing.
Specialized nerve endings in the foreskin enhance sexual pleasure.
The foreskin may have functions not yet recognized or understood.
"Circumcision removes the most sensitive parts of the penis and decreases the fine-touch pressure sensitivity of glans penis. The most sensitive regions in the uncircumcised penis are those parts ablated by circumcision. When compared to the most sensitive area of the circumcised penis, several locations on the uncircumcised penis that are missing from the circumcised penis were significantly more sensitive." Circumcision cuts off the five most sensitive points on the penis [Touch test sensitivity experiment, British Journal of Urology 2007, copy of report: http://www.nocirc.org/touch-test/bju_6685.pdf ].
The foreskin reduces the force required by the penis to enter the vagina while circumcision contributes to vaginal dryness. [ http://www.circumcision.org/studies.htm , http://www.cirp.org/library/sex_function/ ]
The foreskin also increases the sexual enjoyment of the female partner. [ http://www.cirp.org/library/anatomy/ohara/ ]
Performing circumcision on a child can and does result in the deaths of children due to blood loss and/or failure of the immune system.
http://video.yahoo.com/video/play?vid=512542
Approximately 230 American males die every year because of circumcision. [ http://www.sexuallymutilatedchild.org/deathsdo.htm , http://www.cirp.org/library/death/ ] This is a meaningless and very sad loss of life.
It can and does result in very significant scaring.
It can and does result in sexual problems later in life.
Circumcised males have a much higher rate of sexual dysfunction and premature ejaculation. [ http://www.cirp.org/library/sex_function/ ]
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) "there is little evidence to affirm the association between circumcision status and optimal penile hygiene." [ http://www.circumcision.org/aap.htm ]
Hygiene and prevention of disease are among the commonest reasons cited for performing male circumcision. This directory contains references that examine the validity of these claims in detail: http://www.cirp.org/library/disease/
A lot of the information perpetuated about it preventing diseases is false.
The study that you are less susceptible to aids if you are circumcised is flawed. Here is a discussion of the report and its methodology by "Doctors Opposing Circumcision": http://www.doctorsopposingcircumcision.org/info/HIVStatement.html .
Have a read through their statement. It is very informative. It shows the methodological flaws and poor conclusion in the report that the WHO has jumped upon. Everything is aptly sourced.
Men may often feel a need to justify their own circumcision by the generation of claims of health benefits.[ http://www.cirp.org/library/psych/goldman1/ ]
"The medical literature is full of protective claims for various diseases, such as sexually transmitted disease , male and female cancers, and urinary tract infection. All such claims have been disproved."[ http://www.doctorsopposingcircumcision.org/info/HIVStatement.html ]
"The United States has one of the highest rates of male circumcision and also one of the highest rates of HIV infection in the developed world, suggesting that circumcision is having exactly the opposite effect. Conversely, Finland and Japan have some of the lowest rates of circumcision and also some of the lowest rates of HIV/AIDS."
Condoms have been proven to be an effective means of combating AIDS.
he vast majority of the world(83%) is not circumcised.
There is no good reason to perform male genital mutilation.

It is the movement of foreskin along the bulb(head of penis) that gives pleasant sensation for man.Recent studies indicate that circumcision reduces pleasure in 99 percent of the cases.
For your information ,it was invented to identify Muslims and kill others .No medical books recommend circumcision. It is only a religious pracice.

It makes no difference to the sex life at all. If anything, a circumcised penis is easier for a male to keep clean. That's about it.
