Bob Dylan, back in the 80s. He was stoned or drunk, which means not only couldn't he sing, but he couldn't remember the words. He literally fell off the stool he was sitting on. I've never heard anyone screw up their own music more than he did. It was a total waste of money and time.

I was dragged to a live jay-z concert, I personally think he sucks but his concert was a waste of my time and money.

Judas Priest was bad not because of the band but the crowd, it was too rowdy and there was mayham.

Many people got hurt and there were just too many fights to contain, beyond that it was good.
