I've been up all night. I have to meet my sister at the gym in an hour. And i will be busy for the rest of the day. So would it be better if I took a quick nap or just stay up and why?

Just stay up cause if you take a nap you'll be more sleepy..

Well, if you are going to be busy for the rest of the day, then I wold say take a nap because you need your rest, just make sure to set an alarm or something so that you can meet your sister on time, good luck, and make sure to get some more sleep tomorrow :)

At this point you may as well stay up. I think taking a short nap will only make you more tired. You might get a second wind at some point, but try to get to bed early tonight. I can't function without sleep.

Go take a nap so you will be able to face a busy day with more energy. Exercise is best to do if you are rested.

Ring your sister and beg off; cancel everything else for the day (you're sick/have a migraine/anything); take the phone off the hook, or dampen it with a large cushion; go to bed and sleep it off. Tomorrow or the day after, act as if nothing happened. They'll all think you weird, but with a bit of luck, you'll get away with it, and have a bloody good sleep (which is what you really want to do anyway.)

Personally, I would have to stay up, because I would probably oversleep and not get anything done as planned. Just go to bed early tonight and catch up on your sleep.

STAY AWAKE!!!!
If you try to take that nap, your body will HATE you for dragging it away from that much needed sleep. Stay awake and catch that second or third wind. Sleep later uninterrupted.

For safety why dont you find her another ride or see if she can get another way.If you been up all night you might not be as alert.1 hour sleep might not do much good and you might over sleep anyway.Go to bed.

just stay up and drink an energy or coffee drink. if you need to stay awake , take a shower and refresh yourself. taking a nap will make you feel groggy when you wake up......plus you may not wanna wake back up!

Ah jump in the shower don't go back to be it will only make you sleepier grab a coffee and head to the gym have fun
