The mouse is a Plug&Play device. That means that it should work just after you plug it in without other drivers or software. It should work perfectly.

Dude, just get the Mighty Mouse. Left, Right Click, Side click for dashboard, scroll wheel plus dot click for expose'.

Mac users without a real mouse, Control Click is right click.

I'd rather have a one button mouse than an POS Operating System.

Yes, it's the first hardware upgrade I did on my Mac.

Virtually any USB mouse that works in Windows will work on OS X with all the features.

My macbook works with also every usb mouse and keyboard so probably yes!
