i have a hamster and i wanted to know if she was pregnant.
She has been put with a boy and they have responded.
She has been making a bundle of wood shavings in the coner of the cage.
Does that mean she is pregnant?

i had hamsters also and i think ...............yes .hamsters are having about 4-10 babies so you will understand if her belly is bigger now.you said shes making a bundle of wood shavings in the corner of the cage..great that means she will born soon.remember she will need privacy so don't disturb her and don't make noise because she is going to be afraid and eat her babies

Last time I checked this section was for human pregnancies, and women bashers, not animal pregnancies!

he, he, he.

Call the vet, and ask them what the signs of a pregnant hampster is, perhaps they are just making a new home! I have no idea though, I'm not informed with animal births.
