No Sirius receiver currently made has a strong FM output. This is because the FCC determined that the old, powerful FM modulators created unlawful interference with nearby radio signals, and required manufacturers to stop making them. The result is that the current crop of Sirius receivers include built-in FM transmitters that are effectively useless, unless you use the FM-direct adapter (sold separately).
