This is not only a prescription only drug, but one whose potential side effects are so important that it is only prescribable via hospital specialists.

you can't buy it cheap anywhere, you have to be prescribed this by a dermatologist as its very dangerous, though it does initially clear spots up, they tend to return as bad if not worse once you come off of it. You have to have a routine examination check once a month by your dermatologist as its so powerful and has been known to give nasty side effects, especially in women, who mustn't fall pregnant while on it, its also associated with depression and can lead people already suffering from depression and self esteem problems, to commit suicide, not a drug to take likely!

You can't buy it legally, it's a prescription drug for depression; but illegally; well, I don't know. VERY hard to say.
