Um, usually you look through binoculars with BOTH eyes. But an easy way to tell which is dominant is to look at an object with both eyes, then cover one eye, and then try the other. When the object seems to change position, then that eye is your non-dominant eye.

My left eye seems to be dominant, it is able to focus faster and clearer, especially when viewing through a microscope or binoculars.
