there is no such thing as the "puvic region," check your spelling and anatomy.

"A surgeon makes an incision medially from the left axillary region" so she cuts the patient in the middle of the chest, "turning inferiorly at the midline" this part doesn't make sense because the surgeon is cutting inferiorly already, she can't make an inferior turn. This question does not make sense.
