Firstly you need to monitor your calorie intake. You can do this by reading food labels. You should be consuming 2,000 a day. If you're consuming less than that, then that's how you can gain weight. Don't eat lots of junk, because all that is bad for you -- just eat a bit more. This could be fruit salads between meals, hot chocolate before bed.. little changes that can really make a difference. If all else fails, just have seconds at lunch or dinner. x

Umm actually i have the same problem lol so u must be calling me a skinny freak........anyway all i do is eat too and i can't understand y i'm like this but it all has to do with matabilism at a young age u can either have really good matabilism which means u can eat as much as u like without getting big or u can have really bad matabilism which makes u big and. I know how much of a problem it is i hate it too u can go on tablets that make u gain weight which i haven't gone on but i've heard they work for different people i know a few people like this so don't think ur the only one with this problem. Hope it all works out xx

Well at 14 you still have a lot growing to do, it usually doesn't stop til you're in your early 20s so just hang in there. Puberty is the stage in your life when your body's hormones starts to activate and you begin to notice a change in your body structure, it usually doesn't stop til you're around 18. Besides, you can always try bodybuilding or enrolling in a Progressive Resistance Training or PRT program. You can pack on muscles which will help you bulk up and make you look bigger. Just visit a local gym in your area.

You have to look at the types of food you're eating and not so much as the quantity. Stay away from junk and empty calories like sweets and chips and such. Look at getting some of those protein powders and eating things that have a good balance of protein and carbohydrates. Good luck.

Yo, skinny girl. Hang on to that skinnyness because the boys are going to dig it when you hit your 20's. You'll have plenty of time in life to fatten up so don't stress over it.

Alice F, you've been reading either my post or my mind lol. Just playin, but seriously though, if you want, GNC (like Alice said) has plenty of stuff to help you fill out. I would suggest just doing it the natural way, and let your body grow. (As someone also mentioned)
