Yes and No! Heaven is sky and space but also other dimensions, like where radio and television waves exist are another dimension that is not visible to our eyes, God lives in a place like that where time and space does not exist and Einstein kinda tapped into that world with his theory of relativity where all matter becomes pure energy as it approaches the speed of light E=MC squared.
Hell is also another dimension not 6 feet under, and everything in Hell is a reverse shadow of Heaven. god created Hell for Satan and all of his followers to live being they did not want to live in God's kingdom.
Hell is darkness, and being alone forever thinking about what you should have done instead of what you did.
My worst dreams when I am sick and asleep is not a burning place but a place where I must untie knots, unravel 8 track tapes or Cassette tapes.

probably right I do recall the hebrew or aramaic for hell was the cremation grounds but both are accepted today by many as metaphors of myth , fable and imagination . the source of a word does not always tell the entire story much as a new born is not the mark of an adult . is war hell on earth and peace times the goal ?

The Prophets messages have three corners of space-real spaces. The first space of history that they talk and prophesied about is our universe. Everyone understand the message of the prophets on this space as this is based on our simple logic of one plus one equals two. The second space of history is the future earth under THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN where the planets ground are called the garden of eden. This future earth, based from the Alfa and the Omega exists, and the logic here is not a simple logic, as this world is a semi-perfect world where its inhabitants are men born in the spirit called angel-like. Thus, as we do not understand this world yet, the logic here is faith in GOD whose all power and might belong to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST who is the GOOD SHEPHERD who leads you into green pasture. The 3rd space history is the coming KINGDOM OF GOD after 15 billion years of the Kingdom of Heaven; in here the angel-like men will be born of GOD and will become gods or LIKE-GOD. This space or kingdom is perfect in contrast to the earth's space which is imperfect. The Kingdom of heaven which is a celestial heaven is a higher dimension such that the LORD JESUS CHRIST said I AM from above and you are from below -referring to our physical universe. When the Prophets talk about this celestial heaven, our current simple logic can not understand the Prophet's message as the logic here is faith in GOD.
