The lord is the creator of everything. Everything that we own, is that which he has given us. We owe absolutely everything, including ourselves to him. There is NOTHING that we can give him in return, absolutely NOTHING.
We can only thank him by the following:
Not taking anything for granted but being grateful and appreciative for everything in our lives: health, wealth and education. Constantly expressing our gratitude while going to sleep and waking up everyday.
Refusing to live for ourselves but living for other people as well. This will ensure that we serve some constructive purpose and that other less advantaged people are benefiting from us being alive. This will also make the almighty proud, because the blessing that he has bestowed upon us are shared with others.
Giving poor people the gift of health, wealth and education by doing charity work. Service of man is service of god.

Do the assigned/selected work putting all eforts honestly and properly and submit them to the God. Do every work with constant attention to the God. Work has its own rules and methods, they are also be followed during execution but as soon as the mind becomes free, make it busy with God withoug giving any chance to run another way. Give the credit of good work to the God and introspect about the bad work with determination not to repeat it again. These are all ways to thank the Gov.

You do not hae to thank the Lord .You hae to be fair to your brotheren and honest to otehrs .you shoud nt do to others what you woul dlike otehrs do to you.
just as you ar ent requiored to o to the king and pay him respec eey momne t, you are no required to thank the lord every moment .it would suffice if you do not disturb the lord..
It is not for your thanks that the lord has created you..
