I have been dating this 30 year old man for about four months. We go out on dates, hang out and yes we have sex. But we can also talk about anything. We get along perfectly and make each other laugh. The only problem is why has he not asked me to be his girlfriend? He has not kids, I have no kids...we both have a great job, so what is the problem?? Should I wait for the right moment or move on?

He apparently isn't ready for a solid commitment yet. He may be playing it safe. He's probably benn burned a few times and wants to make sure you are actually what you appear to be. If you want him then be patient. Ifyou want more right now then you'd better more on.

you may think the older guy is along for the ride and doesn't care about you but believe it or not , some of us guys worry about wrecking your life. you got lots of living to do and mistakes to make. if he ask you to settle down, you may miss out on some things a 22 yr old should experience. 22 and 30 isn't that big of a difference in my opinion, now say he was 40 and you 22, he has lived a great deal more than you and wouldn't want to see you miss out on anything. one thing I have always noticed, if someone really wants you , they will let it be known. there will be no guessing on either persons part. you are guessing, maybe you aren't gonna be his life partner, accept it that you are an experience and don't put your heart into it. you are learning as well.
