That is one extremely internal locus of control. I think Raz takes it a little too far. He leaves no room for God, luck, chance or circumstance. We only control certain aspects of our lives. Certain elements of each situation. Despite our best efforts, to some degree we are subject to our environment. We should take charge of our lives as much as possible but accept that some things are simply beyond our control.

Wouldn't it be lovely if we folk didn't have a relationship with eachother. Wouldn't it be lovely to be able to completley ignore mankind in the name of a completley personal relationship with God.
I would love to spend 7 years in Tibet, I'm sure the hum drum of life would not bother me quite so much after that.
