I think you must be quite young in order to be that naive. Nobody can prove that there ia a God just as nobody can prove that there isn't.
If he did exist and could create the Flying Spaghetti Monster he could certainly create wisdom teeth and ugly people. I am not sure what useless bones you have and appendage is not the right word unless you really do have some useless external body parts, at least that is the meaning in the biological context.
I don't believe in God but at least your question shows reasonable understanding of some of the principles involved for one so young.

Before the advent of denistry sciences the more teeth one had the better. We have appendages so we can walk, pick things up etc...All 212 bones in the human body are vital to the way we live--try breaking the smallest one and see how it effects the rest of your body. Ugly people--by whose standards...in some African nations the most obese of women are considered the most attractive by men, sorry Western supermodels. Genesis chapter three: human beings rebelled against God's authority and continue to do so to this day--starving people are in that circumstance because all humanity has played a role in ruining God's creation.

It is called freedom. God did not make africa poor.
Ugly is matter of perception. You made them ugly.
Are the bones so useless? That is just ignorance to their purpose. Just as people did not know a use from various metals.
You can go on and on blaming God or look in mirror. For you are the one who has the choise and given that choise.
You can not be free is God rules you. Dependance of God to provide means you are not free.
