No. Make the government abide by the Constitution. There is nothing wrong with the Constitution just the way it is. Get rid of that Patriot Act. The president has been given way too much power. That is not the way it was meant to be.

NO!
The only way Americans should overthrow the govt is by VOTING.
If all eligible AMERICAN VOTERS go out and vote we wouldn't be in the situation we are in now with our Government.
Rewrite the constitution; I don't think so. The Constitution is a well prepared foundation for our Government and it has been working fine, until the PEOPLE stopped VOTING and given full reins to our elected officials to do what they please.
ELECT NEW POLITICAL LEADERS - OF COURSE
BUT ONE NEEDS TO VOTE.
GET YOUR GOVERNMENT BACK - GO OUT & VOTE!!!!
WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE PROBLEM HERE - WE THE PEOPLE HAVE LET DOWN OUR FOUNDING FATHERS.
THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's throw the baby out with the bath water.. The Constitution is fine especially after we bring it back to before 9/11. The government has problems. The congress is controlled by lobbyists and the executive (use that term loosely) is driven by ideals that are different than most Americans.
We have the opportunity to solve both problems with elections in two years. We need to send clear messages that we want change. That is our decision.

Americans need to vote. But before that they need to begin asking themselves hard questions about what kind of country they want to live in and what they are willing to sacrifice to create that country. The kind of country that I want to live in will not be created by overthrowing the government or rewriting the constitution. We need a serious electorate out there that is willing to look itself in the mirror and recognize that maybe we got what we deserve by this current bunch of goof-ups. American tend to vote for people who tell them what they want to hear and ask nothing of them. Either than or they make excuses for not participating in the process. It is too easy to just say money decides what happens in politics because money does not get a vote, only people do. They can either exercise their power or roll over and play dead, which is what usually happens.

Overthrow the existing government by electing new politicians. The Constitution is still as great of a framework for government as it always has bee. It's just been subverted by the career politicians in office. Term limits for all politicians are needed.

We should be a country based more on unity. I am so sick of having two parties that argue about the same issue and and always think whatever the other one believes is bad. If the people overthrew our governemnt today I really would not miss it. We could use some more parties or completely different parties. Parties should not be arguing but working with each other as people even if they dod not like each others view points. They should work together to find a solution that most people can agree on. I think we should become a socialst society. not communist not capitalist, socialist. In a socialist society it is more about group welfare and not yourself, but people can still have many of the freedoms they enjoy now like free speech, enterprise(bussiness), choice. etc, but the governement will support their citizens and give them most of what they need to live a happy life. One can still be rich, but there would not be a big gap between classes like their is now and poverty would be almost obsolete, People are even rewarded for giving back to their community. As in any society their will be crime in this one just as their is in our society now. There will always be problems no matter what humanity tries to do about it, but some are better than others and that is what society should try to go for.

Let me know how long it takes for Bush's peeps to come and ask you some questions.......I'm curious how fast they work nowadays, lol.
I do think we should elect new political leaders, not rewrite the constitution (for the most part) and I do not think we need to overthrow the government because other superpowers would tear us to shreds.
