Actually there is evidence that the hare "chews the cud". Some believe that the process of refection is the hare "chewing the cud", the droppings being a type of cud. For "Cecotropes are not feces. They are nutrient-packed dietary items essential to your rabbit's good health." (1). Others believe there is a partial regurgitation of food in the hare: "While not a true ruminant according to modern classification in that it does not have a four chambered stomach, the hare does rechew its food. There is a process of partial regurgitation of material that it is too hard for little cells in the stomach to absorb initially; thus there hare actually chews food previously swallowed (E.P. Schulze, "The Ruminating Hare,"Bible-Science Newsletter, VIII [Jan. 15, 1970], 6)."

Regarding the snakes eating dust, God is referring directly to the serpent in that garden. Nevertheless, such an "eating of the dust" parallels Micah 7:17's "They shall lick the dust like a serpent...". Snakes apparently do lick the dust as they use it for a sense of smell (2). Iguanas have a similar mechanism of smell and in fact do tongue flick the dirt (3). It also seems very absurd to believe that no wild snake eats dirt particles, given the nature of their slithering existence upon it (4). Any animal they would eat would probably be covered in dirt anyway. Further, since the animals were formed "out of the ground", the snakes feeding on the dead corpses of animals could be interpreted as feeding on the dust.

As far as the insects, the law in Leviticus 11 refers to insects having four "feet", not necessarly legs as you have phrased it. These feet are in contrast to the leaping appendages or legs above those four feet (5). Thus, there is no contradiction here.

examine my final question (my solutions and questions are no longer hidden in my profile) and you gets some decision procedures, inclusive of: denial of the info, denial that the procedures via which the info substitute into derived, or attempting to make it in high-quality condition right into a pre-universal conception gadget. To be honest, I have been given very few responses; it substitute right into some long-in the past phenomenon that maximum folk have in no way heard of. Others might do issues very otherwise, noticeably people who're no longer youthful earth creationists. although, it particularly is a sampling of what *some* human beings will do to maintain their preconceptions.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

The one about Jesus coming back and holding SEVEN STARS in his hand! How is that possible!?

Well that's not really a biblical fact so...

The one about the Earth being flat or the stars in the sky are small.

Or how about the sky is nothing but the high waters

There are no scientific facts in the Bible. That is not its purpose. The Bible is the revelation of God's plan of salvation. That is its only purpose, a puspose which it fulfills inerrantly. Anyone who reads the Bible from any other perspective is just wasting his time.

Well, it's not really scientific, but the knowledge of how to crucify people could come in very handy some day.
