No way girl!
Do you want your kitty to die?
Put down the medicine and spare your kitty's life.

Humans & cats are two completely different creatures, with completely different (and sometimes contradictory) physical make-ups. Unless you are qualified to medicate animals, don't!! I would hate to think how you'd feel if you gave your cat something you thought would be harmless, just to find it dying in front of you as a direct result of what you gave it. What if it isn't just the flu? What if your cat has something more serious? You won't know, and could put your cat's health at risk by delaying proper medical attention.
Spare yourself the guilt, and possible vet bills that will result from not giving your cat the trained medical attention it needs, and go get some advice from a vet. They can give you advice for future reference for minor things like colds, so that you may be able to try some things at home before taking the cat back, but don't take chances with your cat's health or life, based on making uneducated guesses. It's not fair on your cat - it has no choice. If you were the one who was sick, would you take advice from anyone other than a doctor? Of course not.

NO! never give human medicine to a pet!
Has your cat ever been vaccinated?
Flu-like symptoms could be anything from something simple that will pass to something fatal like feline leukemia.
If the cat is not better in a day or two (on its own) then get it to a vet to be evaluated and treated.
good luck!

Paracetamol is worse than aspirin to cats, because cats can't get rid of it. You should never ever give a cat any paracetamol. Their liver goes to lunch, giving them jaundice, they get swelling of the face and neck, and their red blood cells can break down, giving them haemoglobin in the urine. It's a horrible death.

If you believe your cat is ill take her to the vet and what ever you do do not feed her human medication It could kill your cat and it would leave you devastated.

Never feed your animal human medicine. Most human medicine can be poisonous to your cat.

NO. It won't help her, and it is very toxic to cats. So is aspirin.
